Admission Process

2. Medical Evaluation

3. Consent and Authorization
• You will be asked to sign consent forms for treatment, procedures, and the release of medical information as required.
• It is essential to read and understand these forms before signing.
4. Personal Belongings
• Limit personal belongings brought to the facility to essential items only.
• Label all personal items with your name and contact information.
5. Insurance and Billing
• Ensure that you have provided accurate insurance information during the admission process.

Inpatient Stay
1. Room Assignment
• You will be assigned to a patient room based on your medical condition and bed availability.
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of other patients sharing the room.
Types of Accommodation
The different categories of room / bed available in the hospital are:

• Single Room ( A/C and non A/C)
• Labour Suite

2. Treatment Plan
• Follow the treatment plan and instructions provided by your healthcare team.
• Notify healthcare staff if you have concerns or experience changes in your condition.
3. Visitors
• Visitors are welcome during designated visiting hours. Please refer to our Visitor Policy for specific guidelines.
• Patients have the right to limit or restrict visitation based on their comfort and medical condition.
4. Nutrition
• Meals will be provided based on your dietary needs and restrictions. Outside food for patients is strictly prohibited in the hospital.
• If you have dietary preferences or restrictions, inform the nursing staff during the admission process.
5. Medications
• Inform your healthcare team of any allergies or medications you are currently taking.
• You will receive medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
6. Infection Control
• Adhere to infection control practices, including proper hand hygiene.
• Notify healthcare staff if you experience symptoms of infection.
Discharge Process
1. Discharge Planning
• The healthcare team will work with you to plan your discharge.
• If the patient has any insurance coverage, then the process for final claim approval post preparing the discharge summary will take 3-4 hours based on the Insurance Company
• Ensure you understand post-discharge instructions and follow-up appointments.
2. Medications
• You will receive prescriptions and instructions for any medications you need to continue after discharge.
3. Transportation
• Arrange transportation in advance for your discharge.
• Our staff can assist in coordinating transportation services if needed.
